Hello again,

I have WAMP set up on my machine but I need to kill httpd and mysqld 
manually before I run WEMP, otherwise the server and mysql don't 
start.

How can I configure WEMP so that I can run WAMP simultaneously, if 
at all possible.

2 daemons can't listen on the same port.

So you have to change the listening port of mysql and nginx.
For that, it's in each config file, on the ewemp side, you can find 
them in :
<ewemp>/mysql-5.1.51-win32/my.ini
<ewemp>/nginx-0.8.52/conf/nginx.conf
